扶正祛风汤治疗变应性鼻头炎的效果及对患者生活质量的影响评价

摘　　要：目的探究扶正祛风汤治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的效果及价值。方法以2023年1月-2024年3月为数据截取区间,述选其中本院收治70例AR患者,采用奇偶数字为分组策略,将上述样本归入不同组别(n=35),命名为对照组、观察组,分别予以常规治疗、加用扶正祛风汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、症状评分以及生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率评估值94.29%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组测定所得4个鼻部症状及2个眼部症状评分均更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组测验所得变应性鼻炎生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分更低(P<0.05)。结论加用扶正祛风汤治疗AR效果确切,且对症状评分、生活质量改善等均可产生积极影响,值得推荐和采纳。Objective To explore the effect and value of Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction in treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods Taking January 2023 to March 2024 as the data interception interval,70 AR patients in our hospital were selected,and the above samples were divided into different groups(n=35)by using odd-even numbers.They were named as control group and observation group,and were treated with conventional therapy and Fuzheng Qufeng decoction respectively.The treatment effect,symptom score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.29%higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of 4 nasal symptoms and 2 eye symptoms in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction is effective in treating AR,and it can have a positive impact on symptom score and quality of life,which is worth recommending and adopting.
