连花清瘟胶囊+头孢呋辛酯片治疗慢性咽喉炎患者的有效性及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价连花清瘟胶囊+头孢呋辛酯片方案,治疗慢性咽喉炎的有效性及安全性。方法病例选取时段2023年10月到2024年1月,涉及50例慢性咽喉炎患者,基础资料匹配性原则分组,对照组头孢呋辛酯片常规治疗,观察组联合连花清瘟胶囊。结果(1)观察组治疗有效性、治疗安全性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组患者症状消失用时较对照组短(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,观察组患者血清炎性因子水平明显较低(P<0.05)。结论在头孢呋辛酯片基础上联合连花清瘟胶囊治疗慢性咽喉炎有显著效果,具体体现在“提高治疗有效性、确保治疗安全性、缩短症状消失用时、降低血清炎性因子水平”等诸多方面。J Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules+Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Method The case selection period was from October 2023 to January 2024,involving 50 patients with chronic pharyngitis.The basic data were grouped according to the principle of matching.The control group received routine treatment with cefuroxime axetil tablets,while the observation group received a combination of Lianhua Qingwen capsules.Result(1)The treatment effectiveness and safety of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The duration of symptom disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the serum inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cefuroxime axetil tablets and Lianhua Qingwen capsules has a significant effect on the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,which is reflected in many aspects such as improving treatment effectiveness,ensuring treatment safety,shortening symptom disappearance time,and reducing serum infiammatory factorlevels.
