异物迁移致颈部脓肿1例

摘　　要：本文报道了一例患者误咽鱼刺后异物迁移致颈部脓肿的病例。患者中老年女性,因“误咽鱼刺致颈部疼痛20余天”入院。颈部CT检查及颈部超声检查示:颈部异物伴周围脓肿形成多考虑,于全麻下行颈部探查术+颈部脓肿切开引流术+颈部异物(鱼刺)取出术,术中探查见局部黄绿色脓性分泌物蓄积,清除后完整取出长约1.0cm鱼刺,脓性分泌物病原学检查提示咽峡炎链球菌感染,术前术后均予以抗感染治疗后患者恢复良好。We report a case of neck abscess caused by foreign body migration after misswallowing fish bones.The middle-aged and elderly female patient was admitted to hospital due to"neck pain caused by misswallowing fish bones for more than 20 days".Neck CT scan and ultrasound examination showed neck foreign body with surrounding abscess formation.She underwent surgery for neck exploration,incision of neck abscess and removal of neck foreign body(fish bone)under general anesthesia.Intraoperatively,yellow-green purulent secretion accumulation was found and we completely removed out a 1.Ocm fish bone.Purulent secretion etiological examination suggests Streptococcus anginosus infection.The patient recovered well after preoperative and postoperative anti-infection treatment.
