耳石症对病人生活质量响与护理措施研究

摘　　要：目的探究耳石症对病人生活质量的影响与护理措施。方法选择2023年1月-2024年1月的68例耳石症患者,利用随机数字表法分组,即:对照组(34例,给予常规护理)、观察组(34例,加用综合护理),评价组间前庭症状(VSI)、平衡功能(BBS)、眩晕程度(DHI)、心理状态(SAS、SDS)、生活质量(SF-36)、护理满意度。结果(1)护理前,组间VSI、BBS、DHI评分无差异,P>0.05;护理后,VSI、DHI评分观察组低于对照组,BBS评分观察组高于对照组,P<0.05;(2)护理前,组间SAS、SDS评分无差异,P>0.05;护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,P<0.05;(3)护理后,SF-36相关指标评分,观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05;(3)护理后,护理满意度观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论耳石症的出现会对患者的生活质量造成一定的影响,通过综合护理,可以改善临床症状,减轻不良心理,提升患者的生活质量与护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the impact and nursing measures of otstomes on the quality of life of patients.Methods 68 patients with earstone patients from January 2023 to January 2024,using random digital tables to group,namely:control group(34 cases,conventional nursing),observation group(34 cases,plus comprehensive nursing),Evaluate the vestibular symptoms(VSI),balance function(BBS),dizziness(DHI),psychological status(SAS,SDS),quality of life(SF-36),nursing satisfaction.Results(I)Before nursing,there are no differences in the VSI,BBS,and DHI scores between the group,P>0.05;after care,the VSI and DHI score observation group are lower than the control group.The BBS score observation group is higher than the control group,P<0.05;(2)Before nursing,there is no difference between SAS and SDS scores between the group,P>0.05;after care,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group are lower than the control group,P<0.05;The observation group is higher than the control group,P<0.05;(3)After care,the care satisfaction observation group is higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The emergence of otolith disease will have a certain impact on the quality of life of patients.Through comprehensive nursing,it can improve clinical symptoms,reduce adverse psychology,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worth promoting.
