微波治疗仪联合舒适护理在声带息肉摘除术患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微波治疗仪联合舒适护理在声带息肉摘除术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年2月-2020年2月声带息肉患者96例作为对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。对照组采用舒适护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合微波治疗仪干预,4周干预后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组护理质量、满意度(护理环境、服务态度、服务专业度、服务质量)。结果在临床效果方面,观察组有效性比例较对照组高,差异具有明显的统计学意义,(P<0.05);两组护理后4周满意度平分均高于护理前(P<0.05);患者满意度比较,各项评分之间均以对照组相对更高(P<0.05)。结论微波治疗仪联合舒适护理在声带息肉摘除术患者中能获得良好的效果,可提高患者干预满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of microwave therapy instrument combined with comfortable nursing in excision of vocal cord polyp.Methods A total of 96 patients with vocal cord polyp from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as subjects,and randomly divided into two groups with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with comfort nursing,and the observation group was treated with microwave therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of intervention,the effects of the patients were evaluated,and the nursing quality and satisfaction(nursing environment,service attitude,service professionalism,service quality)of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of clinical effect,the effectiveness ratio of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of 4 weeks after nursing was higher than that before nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the patients'satisfaction,the scores were higher in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave therapy instrument combined with comfortable nursing can obtain good effect in vocal cord polyp excision patients,can improve the satisfaction of patients intervention,worthy of popularization and application.
