摘　　要：目的总结甲状腺肿瘤累及气管,行肿瘤切除及气管重建的围手术期护理体会。方法甲状腺肿瘤累及气管软骨者,术中切除甲状腺肿瘤及受累气管后,行气管造瘘,一期或二期行气管缺损修补、气道重建,对此类患者的围手术期护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果患者经过积极治疗及有效护理后,生命体征平稳,术后效果良好,生活质量改善,康复出院。结论有效的护理措施能提高患者的治疗效果,减少术后并发症,促进术后康复。Objective Summarize the perioperative nursing experience of trachea reconstruction for patients with thyroid tumor involving trachea.Methods For patients with thyroid tumor involving tracheal cartilage,tracheostomy was performed after resection of thyroid tumor and involved trachea,trachea defect repair and airway reconstruction were performed in the first or second stage.This article reviewed and analyzed the perioperative nursing measures for such patients.Results After active treatment and effective nursing,the patient's vital signs were stable,the postoperative effect was good,the quality of life was improved,and the patient recovered and discharged.Conclusion Effective nursing measures can improve the patients'treatment effect,reduce the postoperative complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
