摘  要:为实现现有点多面广、布局分散的小城镇污水处理设施进行有效监管,四川省开展了以电力大数据为辅助监管手段的小城镇污水处理设施运行监管应用研究。对在网的设施运维企事业单位注册电力户号精准匹配,上传智能电表采集的用电负荷数据进行离群点分析并提取典型日、月、年负荷曲线,对每个站点的负荷曲线进行异常监测,判断污水站点的运行情况,逐步提高异常报警准确率并减少人为误差和人力投入,采用一定分析方法并根据实际进行验证,旨在进一步提升小城镇污水处理设施运营监管水平。With electric power big data as an auxiliary supervision method,Sichuan Province has carried out application research on the operation supervision of small-town wastewater treatment facilities.The purpose of the research is to realize the effective supervision of the existing small-town wastewater treatment facilities,which have a wide range and scattered layout.There are several means to further improve the operation and supervision level of wastewater treatment facilities in small towns.For example,accurately match the registered power household numbers of the facility operation and maintenance enterprises and institutions on the network;upload the power load data collected by smart meters to analyze the outliers,and extract the typical daily,monthly and annual load curves;judge the operation situation of wastewater treatment stations by monitor the abnormality of the load curve of each site,then gradually improve the accuracy of abnormal alarms and reduce human error and human input;and use certain analytical methods and verify the results according to the actual.
