摘 要:节能减排工作一直是国家提倡的重点工作之一,攀枝花环能集团水务公司作为供水企业是通过水泵输送自来水,完成电能→机械能→势能的能量转换过程,把自来水送至千家万户。水务集团公司自来水2023年全年供水量11263万m^(3),耗电10366万kWh,单耗920kWh/km^(3),动力费为6457万元,是攀枝花市众多企业的用电大户。本文根据攀枝花水务实际情况,理论结合实际,并对各水厂生产进行分析总结,提出节能工作重点,动力成本有了一定程度的降低,希望本文能为同行企业提供节能思路。Energy conservation and emission reduction have always been one of the key tasks advo-cated by the government.As a water supply company,Panzhihua Huanneng Group Water Company transports tap water through water pumps,completes the energy conversion process of electrical energy→mechanical energy→potential energy,and delivers tap water to thousands of households.In 2023,the tap water supply volume of the Water Company was 112.63 million m^(3),the electricity consumption was 103.66 million kWh,the unit consumption was 920kWh/km^(3),and the power cost was 64.57 million yuan.It is a large consumer of electricity among enterprises in Panzhihua City.Based on the actual situa-tion of Panzhihua Water company,this paper combines theory with practice,analyzes and summarizes the production of each water plant,and puts forward the key points of energy conservation work.The power cost has been reduced to a certain extent.It's hoped that this paper can provide energy conserva-tion ideas for companies in the same industry.
