摘 要:1943年,国民党元老戴季陶在重庆北泉主持了礼制讨论会,意图在抗战建国的契机下整理制定新的礼制,来为从传统向现代转型的中国社会提供从日用寻常到国家建构方面的神圣性与仪式感。就礼制讨论会上主要讨论的婚礼、丧礼、祭礼而言,婚礼讨论的焦点是父母之命在法律上的依据,丧礼的讨论在父母之丧中体现了丧礼在现代都市生活间渐渐失去了原来儒家文化中宗教性的仪式与内涵,与之相对则在农村,这种宗教性的仪式逐渐降格为民俗与“鬼事”。对祭礼的讨论主要集中在国家祭祀方面,体现了新时代国家权威的重塑与国民关系的新形式。In 1943,Dai Jitao,as the main constructor of the KMT,held a ritual system seminar in Beiquan,Chongqing.He wanted to make a new etiquette system under the opportunity of the Anti-Japanese War and Constructing China,so as to provide the Chinese society with a sense of sanctity and ritual from daily life to national construction.The discussion of the ritual system semi-nar forced on wedding,funeral,sacrificial ceremony.For wedding,they forced on the legal effect of parental orders,The discussion of parents funeral is the specific debate about ritual reflects the conflict,compromise and remolding of ritual system between tradi-tion and modernity.The discussion of the sacrificial ceremony mainly focuses on the state sacrificial ceremony,which reflects the re-modeling of state authority and the new form of national relations in the new era.
