摘 要:为减少顶板事故的发生,设计了一种基于物联网的光纤传感巷道变形监测系统。该系统实现了“感”“传”“警”一体,能实时、客观地监测巷道具体变形情况。利用光纤的光无源特性,在矿井下可以解决带电设备的用电安全问题,搭建了本设计系统。通过实验室模拟测试,本监测系统可以准确地监测巷道变形的程度,同时对巷道变形具有良好的预警效果,误差小于0.5%,具有良好的实时性与准确性,为煤矿巷道安全监测提供了一种可实施性高的应用方案。In order to reduce the occurrence of roof accidents,this paper designs a kind of optical fiber sensing roadway deformation monitoring system based on Internet of things.The system realizes the integration of"sense","transmission"and"alarm",and can monitor the specific deformation of the roadway in real time and objectively.By utilizing the passive optical properties of optical fibers,the electrical safety issues of live equipment can be solved in coal mines,and this design system has been established.Through the laboratory simulation test,the monitoring system can accurately monitor the degree of roadway deformation,and has a good early warning effect on roadway deformation.The error of the monitoring system is less than 0.5%,and it has good real-time performance and accuracy,which provides a high implementaion application scheme for coal mine roadway safety monitoring.
