摘　　要：慢性肾脏病并见心系病症在肾病临床诊疗中较为常见。从心肾生理、病理两个方面进行辨证分析,揭示心肾生理机能上相互为用及病理状态下互相影响的机理。认为慢性肾脏病伴心系病症基本病机不离本虚标实、虚实夹杂,治疗时应分清脏腑、虚实、主次,注重肾心同治,虚实异治,急则治标,缓则治本。临床实践证明,从“心肾相关”理论治疗慢性肾脏病并见心悸、胸痹、心衰、不寐等心系疾病能够取得良好疗效。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)with cardiac diseases is common in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of nephropathy.This paper analyzes the syndrome differentiation from the physiology and pathology of the heart and kidney,and reveals the mechanism of the mutual use of the physiological function of the heart and kidney and the mutual influence of the pathological state.It is believed that the basic pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease with heart diseases is mainly the combination of deficiency and excess.When treating,it is necessary to distinguish between the deficiency and excess of organs,prioritize the treatment of kidney and heart,and treat deficiency and excess differently.In urgent cases,the symptoms should be treated,while in mild cases,the root cause should be treated.Clinical practice has proved that the treatment of chronic kidney disease and heart diseases such as palpitation,chest arthralgia,heart failure and sleeplessness can obtain good curative effect from the"heart-kidney correlation"theory.
