摘 要:网联汽车在网络、通信、计算机及人工智能等技术的融合发展下,每秒即可产生100GB的数据,涉及大量个人信息、外部环境、车辆位置、内外音视频等数据,可直接影响个人合法权益、社会公共利益乃至国家安全,这对新形势下做好汽车数据安全保护提出了急迫需求。本文通过梳理国内外网联汽车数据安全发展背景,剖析了网联汽车数据特点和安全事件,对网联汽车数据在采集、传输、存储、出境等环节面临的安全风险进行了深入解析。最后,从管理体系完善、能力建设强化、评估机制健全等方面为下一阶段网联汽车数据安全保障提出了思考和建议。With the integration and development of network,communication,computer,and artificial intelligence technologies,connected vehicles can generate 100GB of data per second,involving a large amount of personal information,external environment information,vehicle location,interests,and external audio and video data.These can directly affect the individual legitimate rights and interests,social public interests,and even national security.This puts forward an urgent demand for automobile data security protection under the new situation.This paper firstly reviews the development background of connected vehicle data security at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the characteristics and security events of connected vehicle data,and makes an in-depth analysis of the security risks faced by the data collection,transmission,storage,and exit of the connected vehicle.Finally,from the aspects of improving management system,security capacity,and evaluation mechanism,this paper presents some thoughts and suggestions for the next stage of data security of connected vehicles.
