摘 要:本文研究了活性炭经过马弗炉直接灼烧,王水溶解,通过ICP-AES法测定活性炭中金、钯、铂元素的分析方法,进行了仪器最佳分析条件的选择,考察了不同灼烧方式、时间对测定的影响,探讨了灼烧过程中金、钯、铂质量的变化。试验结果表明:在选定条件下,元素金、钯、铂几乎没有损失,金、钯、铂的精密度RSD(n=11)分别为0.29%~0.55%、0.87%~2.40%、0.34%~1.59%,分析结果与火试金结果对照数据吻合。该方法的准确度和精密度能够满足活性炭中金、钯、铂元素的分析要求。This article studies the analytical method of determining gold,palladium,and platinum elements in activated carbon by ICP-AES after direct calcination in a muffle furnace and dissolution in aqua regia.It selects the optimal analytical conditions of the instrument,and investigates the effects of different calcination methods and times on the determination.It discusses the changes in the quality of gold,palladium,and platinum during the calcination process.The experimental results show that under the selected conditions,there is almost no loss of elements including gold,palladium,and platinum.The precision RSD(n=11)of gold,palladium,and platinum is 0.29%~0.55%,0.87%~2.40%,0.34%~1.59%,respectively.The analysis results are consistent with the control data of the fire assay results.The accuracy and precision of this method can meet the analysis requirements of gold,palladium,and platinum elements in activated carbon.
