摘　　要：少数民族大学生是非民族类高校思想政治教育工作的重要主体,通过对其加强隐性思想政治教育,探索隐性思想政治教育的有效策略,有助于更好地实现预期教育目标。本文在概述少数民族大学生隐性思想政治教育意义的基础上,分析了现阶段少数民族大学生隐性思想政治教育存在的实际问题,同时,有针对性地提出少数民族大学生隐性思想政治教育的标准化实施策略,希望可以为非民族类高校少数民族大学生隐性思想政治教育实践工作提供一些参考。Ethnic minority college students are important subjects of ideological and political education in non-ethnic colleges and universities.Through strengthening the implicit ideological and political education and exploring the effective strategies of implicit ideological and political education,it is helpful to achieve the expected educational goals better.On the basis of summarizing the significance of implicit ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students,this paper analyzes the existing practical problems in implicit ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students at the present stage,and proposes the standardization implementation strategy of implicit ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students.It is expected to provide some references for the practice of implicit ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students in non-ethnic colleges and universities.
