摘 要:促进更高质量、更充分的就业是地方高校的办学使命,也是办好人民满意的教育的时代责任。构建科学合理的就业质量评价标准化体系对提升人才培养质量、修订人才培养方案、调整专业设置均具有重要的参考价值。本文梳理了目前地方高校大学生就业质量评价标准化体系建设存在的问题,构建了包括就业结构质量、就业水平质量、就业水平满意度3个一级指标,就业能力、就业充分性、高质量就业情况、导向就业情况、工作匹配度、福利保障、满意度评价7个二级指标,专业能力、求职能力、职业适应性等32个三级指标的地方高校毕业生就业质量评价指标标准化体系,旨在为地方高校就业质量评价提供借鉴。To promote higher quality and more adequate employment is the mission of local colleges and universities,and it is also the responsibility of the times to run a satisfactory education for the people.The construction of a scientific and reasonable employment quality evaluation standardization system has important reference value for improving the quality of personnel training,revising personnel training programs and adjusting specialties.This paper sorts out the existing problems in the construction of the standardization system for employment quality evaluation of students in local colleges and universities,and constructs the standardization system consisting of three first-level indicators,including the quality of employment structure,the quality of employment level and the satisfaction level of employment,seven second-level indicators,including employability,employment adequacy,high-quality employment,oriented employment,job matching degree,welfare security and satisfaction evaluation,and 32 three-level indicators such as professional ability,job-seeking ability and career adaptability,which aims to provide reference for the employment quality evaluation of local colleges and universities.
