标准化管理在提高医院生化检验质量中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析标准化管理在提高医院生化检验质量中的运用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年1月上海市嘉定区中医医院参与检验的患者60例,基于随机抽签法分为对照组、观察组,各30例患者,对照组运用常规管理,观察组运用标准化管理,对各项数值进行汇总并分析。结果:标准化管理后,观察组检验合格率、重现性、时效性高,误差率降低,管理质量与患者满意度均有所提升,P﹤0.05。结论:医院生化检验期间,运用标准化护理能够有效提高检验的合格率、工作时效、重现性,减少检验误差,整体管理质量提高,患者对检验工作的满意度增强。Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardization management in improving the quality of hospital biochemical examination.Methods:A total of 60 patients from Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine participating in the test from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group,based on random drawing method.Conventional management was applied to the control group,and standardization management was applied to the observation group.All values were summarized and analyzed.Results:After standardization management,the test pass rate,reproducibility and timeliness were high,the error was reduced,the management quality and patient satisfaction were improved,P<0.05.Conclusion:During the hospital biochemical examination,the use of standardized nursing can effectively improve the passing rate of the examination,the timeliness and repeatability of the examination work,reduce the inspection error,improve the overall management quality,and enhance the satisfaction of patients on the examination work.
