摘　　要：目的:分析耐药性肺结核患者采取标准化层级联动健康教育干预的效果。方法:选取2023年3月到2024年3月首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院南充医院感染科住院治疗的耐药肺结核患者作为研究对象。通过随机数字表法将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者在院内均采取常规抗结核治疗,对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取标准化层级联动健康教育干预,评价两组患者的服药依从性(MMAS-8)、耐药肺结核认知率、痰结核菌培养转阴率、自我管理能力。结果:实验组ESCA评分、耐药肺结核认知率、痰结核菌转阴率、服药依从性均高于对照组,P﹤0.05。结论:耐药肺结核患者健康管理中,采取标准化层级联动健康教育可提升患者的自我管理能力,提高患者对疾病的认知率,使其依从服药,并改善其肺结核病情。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized hierarchical linkage health education intervention in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods:Patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis who were admitted to the Infection Department of Nanchong Hospital,Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in both groups received routine anti-tuberculosis treatment in the hospital,the control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received standardized hierarchical linkage health education intervention.The medication compliance(MMAS-8),awareness rate of drugresistant tuberculosis,negative rate of sputum tuberculosis culture and self-management ability of the patients in the two groups were evaluated.Results:ESCA score,awareness rate of drug-resistant tuberculosis,negative conversion rate of sputum and medication compliance in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.C onclusion:I n t he h ealth m anagement o f p atients w ith d rug-resistant t uberculosis,a dopting s tandardized hierarchical linkage health education can improve patients’self-management ability,improve their awareness rate of disease,make them comply with medication,and improve their tuberculosis condition.
