标准化护理在糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探索标准化护理在糖尿病肾病(DN)患者维持性透析护理中的应用。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年1月山东大学齐鲁医院接诊的糖尿病肾病患者76例作为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为对照组、观察组,所有患者均行维持性血液透析治疗,对照组治疗期间采取常规护理干预,观察组实施标准化护理干预。调查两组患者的护理满意度、心理状态及肾脏功能。结果:护理前,组间心理状态、肾脏功能指标对比无过大差异性(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者心理状态、肾脏功能比对照组好(P﹤0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:DN患者行维持性血液透析治疗期间,制定标准化护理方案可提升病患服务满意度,并改善患者心理状态及肾脏功能,该护理模式具有临床价值。Objective:To explore the application of standardized nursing in maintenance dialysis nursing of diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients.Methods:A total of 76 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random drawing method.All patients received maintenance hemodialysis treatment,the control group received routine nursing intervention during treatment,and the observation group received standardized nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,psychological state and kidney function of the two groups were investigated.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in mental state and renal function indexes between groups(P﹥0.05).After nursing,the psychological state and kidney function of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the maintenance hemodialysis treatment of DN patients,the formulation of standardized nursing plan can improve the satisfaction of the patients’service,and improve the psychological state and kidney function of the patients.This nursing model has clinical value.
