摘  要:本文针对卧式金属罐容量计量中磕碰变形的问题,提出了一套综合处理方法,介绍了几何测量法和容量比较法的基本原理及其在处理磕碰变形时的局限性,探讨了修正几何测量法的手动和自动修正方法,以及容量比较法的变形补偿技术,提出了利用高精度电子秤和磁致伸缩液位计进行变形补偿的先进方法,并详细描述了一种快速容量检测方法及装置的原理、优点和结构。该方法通过提高测量效率和精度,减轻检定人员劳动强度,克服了传统技术的不足。In view of the problem of bump and deformation in the capacity measurement of horizontal metal tank,a set of comprehensive treatment method is proposed in the paper.The basic principles of geometric measurement method and capacity comparison method and their limitations in handling collision deformation are introduced.Furthermore,the manual and automatic correction methods of modified geometry measurement method and the deformation compensation technique of capacity comparison method are discussed.In particular,the advanced method of deformation compensation using high precision electronic scale and the principle,advantages and structure of a fast capacity detection method and device are described in detail.This method overcomes the deficiency of traditional technology by improving the efficiency and accuracy of measuring and reducing the labor intensity of verification personnel.
