摘  要:本文针对选用不同频谱分析仪测量同一未知信号谐波失真时,测量结果不一致的问题,以信号发生器二次谐波测试为例,介绍测试方法、误差修正原理,利用实验验证频谱分析仪(谐波抑制度和频率响应)和测试链路对谐波失真测量结果的影响,通过误差修正,实现提高测量信号谐波失真测量准确度、降低测量不确定度的目的。The paper aims at the problem that the measurement results are inconsistent when different spectrum analyzers are used to measure harmonic distortion of the same unknown signal.Taking the second harmonic test of signal generator as an example,the test method and error correction principle are introduced.Through experiment,the influence of spectrum analyzer(harmonic distortion and frequency response)and test link on the measurement results of harmonic distortion is verified.Through error correction,the purpose of improving the measurement accuracy of harmonic distortion of measurement signal and reducing the measurement uncertainty is realized.
