优质香型水稻三系不育系思源A的选育与应用

摘　　要：思源A是以繁源B作母本、“福伊B/佳禾早占//IR58025B”F4代保持系中间材料JA12094作父本杂交育成新保持系,再与全丰A测交、回交转育育成的新三系不育系,2022年通过福建省审定。思源A不育性稳定、异交特性好、优质有香味、配合力强,配制的杂交组合熟期早。目前利用该不育系已配制出思源优臻占和科思优4302分别通过福建省和国家品种审定。Siyuan A is a new CMS line in rice developed by crossing a new maintainer line,bred from the cross of Fanyuan B as female parent and the intermediate maintainer line JA12094 from the 4^(th) generation of"Fanyuan B/Jiahezaozhan/IR58025B"as male parent,to Quanfeng A followed by successive backcrossing over years.In 2022,it was registered by Fujian Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.It shows stable male fertility,good outcrossing characteristics,high quality with fragrant grains,strong combining ability,and early maturity in its F,hybrids.At present,Siyuanyou Zhenzhan and Kesiyou 4302,developed by using this male sterile line,have been approved by Fujian Provincial and National Variety Appraisal Committee,respectively.
