摘　　要：伴随经济的高速发展,环境恶化、气候变暖以及资源枯竭等问题接踵而至,绿色金融债券作为绿色金融的重要组成,对推动经济增长与环境保护协调发起了重要作用。本文以浙江安吉农村商业银行股份有限公司(以下简称为安吉农商银行)发行的“浙江安吉农村商业银行股份有限公司2018年绿色金融债券”(以下简称为18安吉农商绿色金融债)为研究对象,运用案例分析、对比分析以及定性与定量相结合的方法对其效益、融资成本及存在的问题与原因进行研究。最后,在总结个案研究结论的基础上为绿色金融债券助力绿色发展提出可行的政策建议。Alongside rapid economic development,issues such as environmental degradation,climate change,and resource depletion have emerged.Green bonds,as a pillar of green fi nance,have played a signifi cant role in promoting coordinated development between economic growth and environmental protection.This paper focuses on the case study of the issuance of the'Zhejiang Anji Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd.2018 Green Finance Bonds'(hereinafter referred to as the'18 Anji Rural Commercial Bank Green Bonds')by Zhejiang Anji Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd.The study employs methods such as case analysis,comparative analysis,and a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to investigate its benefi ts,fi nancing costs,and existing issues along with their causes.Finally,based on the conclusions drawn from the case study,feasible policy recommendations are proposed to support green development through green bonds.
