电网工程造价数字化评审系统设计与实施研究

摘　　要：将电网工程造价评审业务具体实情作为基础,完成对造价评审系统架构的设计,使之“应用、数据、业务、标准、资源”不同层级实现交互,同时还对工程数据自动化采集、动态配置评审标准、全过程串联评审业务等需求进行综合考虑,由此对数据采集、电子化预结算、工程预算评审、经济性评价等不同功能实现进行分析,论述本次系统的权限设置与技术架构,为评审系统的数字化建设与数字化造价管理转型提供重要参考支持。Based on the actual situation of power grid project cost review business,the design of the cost review system architecture is completed,so that different levels of"application,data,business,standards and resources"can interact.Meanwhile,the requirements of automatic collection of engineering data,dynamic configuration of review standards and serial review of the entire process are comprehensively considered.This paper analyzes the realization of different functions such as data collection,electronic pre-settlement,project budget review,and economic evaluation,and discusses the authority setting and technical structure of this system,which provides important reference support for the digital construction of the review system and the transformation of digital cost management.
