摘　　要：从个人破产制度创建的环境因素来看,当前我国个人破产制度创建的社会和经济环境尚存在一些制约,如观念认知、个人征信体系等方面,还有影响个人破产制度建设的障碍因素,鉴于此有必要从设计相应制度环境、更新观念等诸方面解决推动我国个人破产制度创建。From the viewpoint of environmental factors of personal bankruptcy system creation,there are still some constraints in the social and economic environment of personal bankruptcy system creation in China,such as conceptual cognition,personal credit system and obstacles affecting the construction of personal bankruptcy system,in view of which,it is necessary to promote the establishment of personal bankruptcy system in China from the aspects of designing the corresponding institutional environment and renewing the concept.
