摘　　要：[目的]推广油菜根肿病抗病品种,高效预防油菜根肿病。[方法]采用田间观察调查、询问村组干部与农户等方式,在婺源县7个乡(镇)调查对比华油杂62R和其他主要油菜品种的根肿病发病率,同时采取一定的防治措施,观察防治效果。[结果]婺源县油菜根肿病发病区域较大,蔓延并覆盖全县范围,重病害区域较多,且有非根肿病区域向轻病害区发展、轻病害区向重病害区发展的趋势。油菜根肿病品种间发病率差异较大,同一品种早播田块发病率高于晚播田块发病率,同一品种低洼田发病程度重于高岸田。与其他主要油菜品种相比,华油杂62R抗油菜根肿病。防治策略采取早期药剂预防,在一定程度上可以促进病株须根再生,降低根肿病造成的减产程度。[结论]实践证明,石灰消毒、适当推迟播期、药剂防治(使用氰霜唑、腐殖酸肥和芸苔素混合喷雾)等方法,可以在一定程度上减轻根肿病发病程度,但成本偏高,油菜产量受影响较大,应加大抗根肿病品种(华油杂62R等)的推广力度,以高效预防根肿病。[Objective]The aim was to promote rapeseed clubroot resistant varieties and effectively prevent rapeseed clubroot disease.[Method]The incidence of clubroot disease of Huayouza 62R and other main rapeseed varieties was investigated and compared in 7 towns of Wuyuan county by field observation and investigation,asking village cadres and farmers.At the same time,some control measures were taken to observe the control effect.[Result]The incidence area of rapeseed clubroot disease in Wuyuan county was large,which spread and covered the whole county.There were more severe disease areas,and there was a trend that the non-clubroot disease area developed to the light disease area,and the light disease area developed to the severe disease area.The incidence of rapeseed clubroot varied greatly among varieties.The incidence of the same variety in early sowing fields was higher than that in late sowing fields.The incidence of the same variety in low-lying fields was more serious than that in high-lying fields.Compared with other major rapeseed varieties,Huayouza 62R was resistant to rapeseed clubroot disease.The control strategy adopted early chemical prevention,which could promote the regeneration of fibrous roots of diseased plants to a certain extent and reduce the degree of yield reduction caused by clubroot disease.[Conclusion]Practice has proved that lime disinfection,appropriate delay of sowing date,chemical control(using cyazofamid,humic acid fertilizer and brassinolide mixed spray)and other methods could reduce the incidence of clubroot disease to a certain extent,but the cost was high,and the yield of rapeseed was greatly affected.The promotion of clubroot-resistant varieties(such as Huayouza 62R)should be strengthened to effectively prevent clubroot disease.
