基于QC方法优化隔离病区医护人员工作流线的设计思考——以聊城市茌平区人民医院感染楼为例

摘　　要：针对聊城市茌平区人民医院感染楼隔离病区医护流线冗长、诊疗效率低这一实际难题,确定质量管理(Quality Control,简称QC)课题为优化隔离病区医护人员的工作流线。基于QC方法:梳理现有图纸确认课题症结,通过现场调查、分析,确定症结的4个要因;针对要因制定对策表;依据对策表,提出各种优化方案并确定最佳方案;通过巩固措施验证QC方法的有效性。In response to the actual problem of the long medical staff workflow and low diagnostic and treatment efficiency in the isolation area of the Infection Building of Liaocheng Chiping District People's Hospital,the quality control(referred to as QC)topic is identified as optimizing the workflow of medical staff in the isolation area.Based on the QC method:sort out the existing drawings to confirm the crux of the topic,through on-site investigation and analysis,identify the four key factors of the crux;formulate a countermeasure table for the key factors;based on the countermeasure table,propose various optimization plans and determine the best plan;verify the effectiveness of the QC method through solidification measures.
