摘　　要：本文基于相关文献和政策分析、7人次专家访谈和56份调研问卷数据,深入调查我国专业档案馆基本情况、主要业务、运行保障、工作需求和发展制约因素等现状,总结分析我国专业档案馆现阶段履行职能情况,建设发展面临的问题,分析提出我国专业档案馆在“档案保管基地”“档案利用中心”“爱国主义教育基地”“政府公开信息查阅中心”“电子文件管理中心”“专业数据(协同)管理中心”“科学知识普及与宣传基地”“专业档案工作管理支撑”8个方面的职能发展需求,提出专业档案馆发展对策建议。Based on relevant literature and policy analysis,the data of 7 expert interviews and 56 survey questionnaires,this paper conducts an in-depth survey of the basic situation,main business,operation guarantee,work demand and development constraints of professional archives in China,summarizes and analyzes the current performance of the functions of professional archives in China,and the problems facing the construction and development,etc.,to explore the functions of professional archives in China in the Archives storage base,Archives Utilization Center,Patriotic Education Base,Government Information Public Access Center,Electronic Document Management Center,Professional Data(Collaboration)Management Center,Scientific Knowledge Popularization and Publicity Base,Professional Archives Management Support,and puts forward suggestions for the development of professional archives.
