摘 要:以重晶石加重的高密度钻井液体系因不溶性固相含量高,存在易固相沉降、流动性差、污染储层等问题。国外微锰在高密度钻井液体系中表现出优异的沉降稳定性、流变性和储层保护效果,但因成本高,限制了其在国内的应用。以软锰矿为原材料,制备了一种超微球型可酸溶GCMn-01加重剂,测试了加重剂的组分含量、粒度分布、微观形态、圆球度、磁性及酸溶率等基本性质,对比分析了不同密度微锰加重钻井液体系性能。结果表明,超微球型GCMn-01加重剂球形度高、表面光滑、分散性好,其各项性能与指标同进口Micromax微锰加重剂相当,与水基聚磺钻井液配伍性高,可制备1.6~2.4 g/cm^(3)不同密度钻井液体系,有效疏通储层的裂缝通道,降低储层损害程度。The high-density drilling fluid system,weighted with barite,has several issues such as easy settlement of solids,poor fluidity,and contamination of reservoirs due to its high content of insoluble solids.Micro-manganese exhibits excellent settling stability,rheology,and reservoir protection effect in high-density drilling fluid systems abroad;however,its application in China is limited due to its high cost.In this paper,a low-cost ultrafine spherical manganous oxide acid-soluble weighting agent(GCMn-01)was prepared using pyrolusite as the raw material.The basic properties of the weighting agent,such as component content,particle size distribution,micro-morphology,sphericity,magnetism and acid solubility,were analyzed,and the properties of micro-manganese weighting drilling fluid systems with different densities were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the ultraspherical GCMn-01 weighted agent exhibited high sphericity,a smooth surface,and good dispersion.Its properties and indexes were comparable to those of the imported Micromax micro-manganese weighted agent,and it demonstrated high compatibility with water-based polysulfonate drilling fluid.Drilling fluid systems with densities ranging from 1.6 to 2.4 g/cm^(3)could be prepared,effectively cleaning the fracture channels of the reservoir and reducing reservoir damage.
