摘  要:为研究埋地二氧化碳管道周围土壤温度场的分布规律,基于齐鲁石化-胜利油田百万吨级CCUS示范项目二氧化碳输送管道,建立管道周围土壤温度场数值模型,采用Fluent软件对二氧化碳三种输送相态(低压液相、高压液相、超临界)下的典型工况土壤温度场进行计算。在低压液相输送的基础上分析管道周围土壤冻结范围的季节变化规律及不同埋深、不同运行温度对管道周围土壤冻结范围的影响,研究结果表明:随着埋深增大,管道周围多年冻土范围增大,季节性冻土范围受影响较小;而随着起点温度的升高,管道周围多年冻土和季节性冻土范围都减小,当温度升高至0℃时将不再形成冻土。在高压液相输送和超临界输送的基础上,以小麦为例分析管道运行温度变化对地表植被的影响,研究结果表明:为使土壤温度能满足沿线农作物生长需求,二氧化碳高压液相输送时,其管输介质温度不宜低于5℃,超临界输送时不宜高于50℃。In order to study the distribution law of the soil temperature field around the buried carbon dioxide pipeline,a numerical model of the soil temperature field around the pipeline was established based on the carbon dioxide transportation pipeline of millionton carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)demonstration project of Qilu Petrochemical Company-Shengli Oilfield.The soil temperature field in typical conditions under three transport phases of carbon dioxide(low-pressure liquid phase,high-pressure liquid phase,and supercritical phase)was calculated by Fluent software.On the basis of low-pressure liquid phase transportation,the seasonal variation of the soil freezing range around the pipeline and the influence of different buried depths and different operating temperatures on the soil freezing range around the pipeline were analyzed.The results show that with the increase in buried depth,the range of permafrost around the pipeline increases,and the range of seasonal frozen soil is less affected.With the increase in the starting temperature,the range of permafrost and seasonal frozen soil around the pipeline decreases,and frozen soil will no longer form when the temperature rises to 0℃.On the basis of high-pressure liquid phase transportation and supercritical transportation,the influence of the operating temperature of the pipeline on surface vegetation is analyzed,with wheat as an example.The results show that to make the soil temperature meet the growth requirements of crops along the pipeline,the medium temperature should not be lower than 5℃ during high-pressure liquid phase transportation of carbon dioxide and should not be higher than 50℃ during supercritical transportation.
