海工建造场地吊索具管理现状及问题分析

摘　　要：目前,海工建造场地上部组块采用分片预制后再进行总装集成的建造工艺。因此,在海工建造场地会产生大量的吊装作业,吊索具作为吊装作业的重要组成部分,对吊装作业的安全性起着至关重要的作用。以海洋石油(青岛)有限公司场地为例,阐述其海工建造场地吊索具管理现状,分析吊索具管理目前存在的问题并提出建议,以加强吊索具的管理,杜绝吊装作业安全事故的发生。Currently,offshore construction sites use a segmented prefabrication method followed by integrated assembly for the upper module blocks during construction.Consequently,a large number of lifting operations are necessary at these sites.Lifting gear,as a critical component of lifting operations,plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the operations.This paper took Offshore Oil Engineering(Qingdao)Co.,Ltd.as a case study to describe the current status of lifting gear management in its offshore construction sites.The paper analyzed the existing problems in lifting gear management and provided recommendations to enhance lifting gear management and prevent safety accidents in lifting operations.
