摘 要:目前常用的加固方法难以达到湿作业时间短、承载力提升高和加固费用少等效果,因而选用了一种砌体结构体外预应力加固技术。通过荷载循环试验及破坏性试验得到未施加预应力模型、山墙两侧预应力模型及山墙中侧预应力模型的应变-荷载循环曲线。结果表明:在山墙两侧施加预应力对单层砌体房屋的抗剪性能和整体承载能力提升有良好的效果。同时经对比不同防火防腐材料性能,预应力筋采用聚醚砜-环氧复合涂料更为经济合理。At present,it is difficult to achieve the effects of short wet working time,high load capacity and low reinforcement cost for the common reinforcement methods,so a technology of external prestressing of masonry structure is selected.The strain-load cycle curves of the unstressed model,the prestressed model on both sides of the gable and the prestressed model on the central side of the gable are obtained through load cycle test and destructive test.The results show that the application of prestress on both sides of gable wall has a good effect on the improvement of shear resistance and overall bearing capacity of single-storey masonry buildings.It is more economical and reasonable to use polyether sulfone epoxy composite coatings on prestressed tendons by comparing the properties of different fireproof and anticorrosive materials.
