摘　　要：采用文献研究和问卷调查法,基于全生命周期视角,将绿色建筑成本的影响因素归为决策、设计、施工与建造、运营与维护、回收与利用等五类。构建结构方程模型分析影响因素的影响程度,并提出优化建议,以推动绿色建筑发展。Based on the perspective of the whole life cycle,this paper uses literature research and questionnaire survey to classify the influencing factors of green building cost into five categories:decision,design,construction and construction,operation and maintenance,recycling and utilization.Structural equation model is constructed to analyze these factors,and optimization suggestions are put forward to promote the development of green buildings.
