疏肝化浊方联合微波理疗治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎肝经蕴热证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝化浊方联合微波理疗治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎肝经蕴热证的临床疗效。方法:选择60例浆细胞性乳腺炎肝经蕴热证的患者,根据随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组30例采用超声引导下微波消融术手术治疗,观察组30例在对照组的基础上加用疏肝化浊方联合微波理疗治疗,两组均治疗2个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效、乳房疼痛评分、患处肤色评分、乳房病灶体积、血清炎症指标、治疗后乳房病灶体积缩小率及复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率96.67%(29/30),对照组总有效率73.33%(22/30),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后乳房疼痛评分、患处肤色评分和乳房病灶体积均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者乳房疼痛评分、患处肤色评分和乳房病灶体积均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后观察组血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者乳房病灶体积缩小率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为3.33%(1/30),对照组复发率为23.33%(7/30),观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝化浊汤联合微波理疗治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎肝经蕴热证患者,可提高临床疗效,减轻患者疼痛,缩小肿块体积,抑制机体炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liver-Sparing and Turbidity-Resolving Formula combined with microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of liver meridian-embedded heat syndrome of plasma cell mastitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with plasma cell mastitis with liver meridian-embedded heat syndrome were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation,and the observation group was treated with Liver-Sparing and Turbidity-Resolving Formula combined with microwave physiotherapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,breast pain score,skin color score,breast lesion volume,serum inflammatory index,volume reduction rate and recurrence after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group and 73.33%(22/30)in the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the breast pain score,skin color score and breast lesion volume of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the breast pain score,skin color score and breast lesion volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The volume reduction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33%(1/30),and that of the control group was 23.33%(7/30).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liver-Sparing and Turbidity-Resolving Formula combined with microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of li
