黄芪多糖抗肿瘤研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件对黄芪多糖抗肿瘤的相关文献进行知识图谱和可视化分析,以了解该领域的研究现状、研究热点及研究趋势。方法:检索1993年1月1日至2023年5月15日中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库及Web of science核心合集数据库中黄芪多糖抗肿瘤的相关文献,筛选符合要求的文献,并提取纳入文献的题名、作者、单位、关键词、摘要、发表期刊及时间等信息,利用VOSviewer 1.6.19和CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件就发文作者、发文机构、关键词等生成相关知识图谱并进行描述性分析。结果:共纳入351篇文献,其中中文文献272篇,英文文献79篇。中英文文献发文量整体均呈现明显上升趋势。中文文献核心作者共有41位,其中明海霞发文10篇,为发文最多的核心作者。发文最多的机构是甘肃中医药大学,其次是天津中医药大学及天津中医药大学第一附属医院。中文文献主要收录在《中国实验血液学杂志》,其次是《中成药》。英文文献核心作者共有55位,其中JI H Y和LIU A J均发文6篇,核心作者主要来自中国,中国是该研究领域发文最多的国家。Tianjin University Science&Technology(天津科技大学)是发文最多的机构,其次是Taipei Medical University(台北医学大学)。文献主要收录在INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF BIOLOGICAL MACROMOLECULES(《国际生物大分子杂志》)。关键词分析显示,中文文献多基于临床研究探讨黄芪多糖治疗不同恶性肿瘤的临床效果,并展开的体内外实验研究;英文文献更多侧重于细胞实验,研究黄芪多糖抗癌治疗的药理作用及其作用机制。其中“免疫功能”“combination(联合)”“结直肠癌”“自噬”“凋亡”等关键词突现至今,既是当前研究热点,也是今后研究重要方向。结论:国内外对黄芪多糖抗肿瘤研究的热度在不断上升,研究前景较好。中国是研究该领域的主要国家。后续研究以黄�Objective:To use VOSviewer and Citespace software to conduct knowledge graph and visual analysis of relevant literature on the anti-tumor effects of Astragalus polysaccharides,in order to understand the current status,research hotspots,and research trends in this research field.Methods:Literature related to the anti-tumor effects of Astragalus polysaccharide was searched in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and Web of science core collection database from January 1,1993 to May 15,2023.The literature that met the requirements was screened,and the title,author,organization,keyword,abstract,publication journal and time from the included literature were extracted.VOSviewer 1.6.19 and CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software were used to generate relevant knowledge graphs for the author,institution and keywords of the author and conduct descriptive analysis.Result:A total of 351 articles were included,including 272 Chinese articles and 79 english articles.The overall number of publications in both Chinese and english literature showed a significant upward trend.There were a total of 41 core authors in Chinese literature,among which MING Haixia has published 10 articles,making her the core author with the most publications.Gansu University of Chinese Medicine was the institution with the most publications,followed by Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The Chinese literature was mainly included in the CHINESE JOURNAL OF EXPERIMENTAL HEMATOLOGY,followed by the CHINESE TRADITIONAL PATENT MEDICINE.There were a total of 55 core authors in English literature,among which JI H Y and LIU A J each published 6 articles.The core authors were mainly from China,which has published the most articles in this research field.Tianjin University Science&Technology was the institution with the most publications,followed by Taipei Medical University.The literature is mainly included in the INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF BIOLOGIC MACROMOLECULES.Keyword analys
