摘　　要：儿童过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征为儿童常见慢性呼吸道疾病,临床病证难治,复发率高。基于“玄府-阳热怫郁”理论,认为玄府闭密,气液失和,阳热怫郁为其关键病机。气热搏结,痰湿伏内,内外引动,择机发为鼻炎及哮喘。儿童体虚,肺、脾、肾常不足,玄府难以濡养,导致肺气壅肃,脾浊湿附,肾水腻灼。故治疗从气、湿、热角度进行分析,以“疏、清、运”法为根本贯穿始终,清郁不忘祛邪达金、宣通不忘益正培土,辨急缓,遵寒热实虚。临床灵活组方,重用开玄通郁药物,效果显著。Allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome in children is a common chronic respiratory disease that is difficult to treat clinically and has a high recurrence rate.Based on the theory of"Xuanfu-Yang heat depression",the author thought that the key pathogenesis of Xuanfu-Yang heat depression is the disequilibrium of Qi and liquid,resulting in Qi and heat stroke,phlegm and dampness in the interior.It is believed that the key pathogenesis is the closure of Xuanfu,the disequilibrium of Qi and liquid,and the Yang heat lead to depression.Qi and heat entanglement,phlegm and dampness accumulates inside,and internal and external factors are triggered,which can lead to rhinitis and asthma.Children with physical deficiency often have insufficient lungs,spleen,and kidneys,making it difficult for the Xuanfu to nourish them,resulting in lung Qi stagnation,spleen turbidity and dampness,and kidney water being greasy and burning.Therefore,the treatment is analyzed from the perspective of Qi,dampness and heat,and the treatment is based on the method of"Shu,Qing,and Yun"throughout.Qing Yu does not forget to dispel evil and reach Jin,Xuan Tong does not forget to benefit the Tu.Distinguishing urgency and slowness,and following the principles of cold and heat deficiency.In clinical practice,flexible formulation and mainly using Xuantong Yu drugs,which have significant effects.
