自拟利咽汤颗粒用于儿童C反应蛋白水平升高的疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析自拟利咽汤颗粒用于儿童C反应蛋白(CRP)水平升高的疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法将本院CRP水平升高的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿(80例)设置为研究对象,样本纳入开始与截止时间为2021年3月至2022年12月,按照随机单双数抽签法分组(抽到单数入对照组、抽到双数入研究组),各纳入40例,对照组常规抗病毒与对症治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加自拟利咽汤颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、疱疹愈合时间、退热时间、咽痛消失时间及治疗前后格拉斯哥-爱丁堡咽喉量表(GetS)评分及CRP水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各疾病特异性症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组GetS评分、CRP水平对比未体现统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组GETS评分、CRP水平较治疗前降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童CRP水平升高的疱疹性咽峡炎采取自拟利咽汤颗粒可取得较理想的治疗效果,值得应用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of self-made Liyan Tang granules on children with elevated C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in herpetic pharyngitis.Method 80 children with elevated CRP levels in herpetic pharyngitis in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The start and end dates of sample inclusion were March 2021 and December 2022,respectively.They were randomly divided into two groups using a single or even number drawing method which with an odd number drawn into the control group and an even number drawn into the study group,and each consisting of 40 cases.The control group received routine antiviral and symptomatic treatment,while the study group received additional treatment with self-made Liyan Tang granules in addition to the control group.Compared the total effective rate,herpes healing time,fever relief time,pharyngeal pain disappearance time,Glasgow Edinburgh Throat Scale(GetS)scores and CRP levels before and after treatment between two groups.Result The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The disappearance time of disease-specific symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in the comparison of GetS scores and CRP levels between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the GetS scores and CRP levels in the two groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of self-designed Liyan Tang granules can achieve ideal therapeutic effects on children with elevated CRP levels of herpetic pharyngitis,which is worthy of application.
