针刺“四关”穴联合超短波疗法对腹部手术术后腹胀的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析腹部手术术后腹胀患者采用针刺“四关”穴联合超短波疗法的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年6月至2023年10月在湘潭县人民医院进行腹部手术术后腹胀患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者给予常规术后护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以针刺“四关”穴联合超短波疗法,比较两组的临床疗效、自主功能指标恢复情况、护理满意度、不良伴随症状发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间及首次进食时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预期间两组患者的安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用针刺“四关”穴联合超短波疗法能够在很大程度上辅助提升患者的临床疗效,并提升患者接受护理的总体满意度,推动术后临床症状得到良好改善,且安全性较好。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at“Siguan”points combined with ultrashort wave therapy for patients with abdominal distension after abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with abdominal distension after abdominal surgery from June 2021 to October 2023 at The People’s Hospital of Xiangtan County were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine postoperative care,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture at“Siguan”points combined with ultrashort wave therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,recovery of autonomous functional indicators,nursing satisfaction,and occurrence of adverse concomitant symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 72.00%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,first exhaust time,first defecation time,and first eating time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in safety between the two groups during the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of acupuncture at“Siguan”points combined with ultrashort wave therapy can significantly assist in improving the clinical efficacy of patients,enhance the overall satisfaction of patients with nursing care,promote good improvement of postoperative clinical symptoms,and has good safety.
