中药调剂管理对中药房调剂差错的预防分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中药调剂管理对中药房预防调剂差错的影响。方法:以仪征市中医院2022年4月至2022年9月在职中药房药剂员28例为研究对象,其中2022年4月至2022年6月仪征市中医院中药房药剂员采用常规管理,将其列为对照组;于2022年7月至2022年9月对中药房药剂员实施中药调剂管理,将其列为观察组。比较两组研究对象差错率、工作质量、患者满意度。结果:观察组研究对象差错率为3.57%,低于对照组的28.57%;观察组研究对象工作质量评分高于对照组;患者对观察组研究对象的总满意度为97.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中药方药剂员实施中药调剂管理,可降低差错率,提高工作质量,提升患者满意度。Objective To analyze the impact of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing management on the prevention of dispensing errors in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies.Methods A total of 28 pharmacists working in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of Yizheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The pharmacists in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of Yizheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital used conventional management from April 2022 to June 2022 and were listed as the control group.From July 2022 to September 2022,traditional Chinese medicine dispensing management was implemented for the pharmacists in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,and they were listed as the observation group.The error rate,work quality,and incidence of doctorpatient disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The error rate of subjects in the observation group was 3.57%,which was lower than 28.57%of the control group.The work quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The total satisfaction of patients with the study subjects in the observation group was 97.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group,the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing management can reduce the error rate,improve the quality of work and enhance the satisfaction of patients.
