基于数据挖掘技术探讨国医大师段富津教授治疗泄泻的用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V 2.5)研究国医大师段富津教授治疗泄泻的用药规律。方法通过搜集国医大师段富津教授于2004年1月至2014年12月在黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院坐诊期间诊断为泄泻的病案171例作为资料来源,运用中医传承辅助平台软件(V 2.5)对其药物频次,常用药物的四气、五味、归经,常用药物组合,药物间关联度,核心药物组合及潜在的新药物组合进行数据剖析。结果本研究共筛选病案171例,使用药物157味,高频药物22味,其中药性以温为主,药味以辛、甘、苦为主,归经以脾、肺、胃经为主。高频药物组合18组,其中人参→茯苓,半夏、茯苓→陈皮,半夏→陈皮这3种药物配伍组合出现的可能性最大。基于聚类分析演化得到53个核心药物组合和9个新药物组合。结论段富津教授治疗泄泻以健脾补益、化痰除湿为主要治疗原则,同时注重中焦脾胃运纳调和,升降相因的关系。Objective To study the medication rule of Professor Duan Fujin,a Chinese medical master,in the treatment of diarrhea based on Traditional Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform Software(V 2.5).Methods By collecting 171 cases of diarrhea diagnosed by Professor Duan Fujin,a Chinese medical master,during his visit to the First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2004 to December 2014 as data sources,the Traditional Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform Software(V 2.5)was used to analyze the frequency of drugs,the four nature,five flavours,and channel tropism of commonly used drugs,and the combination of commonly used drugs,the correlation between drugs,core drug combinations,and potential new drug combinations.Results In this study,a total of 171 cases were screened,and 157 drugs were used,and 22 high-frequency drugs were used.The drug nature was mainly warm,the drug flavours were mainly pungent,sweet,and bitter,and the channel tropisms were mainly spleen,lung,and stomach channels.Among the 18 groups of high frequency drug combinations,Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma→Poria,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Poria→Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Pinelliae Rhizoma→Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,these three drug combinations are the most likely to appear.Based on cluster analysis,53 core drug combinations and nine new drug combinations were developed.Conclusion Professor Duan Fujin’s treatment of diarrhea is mainly based on the principle of strengthening and benefiting the spleen,dissipating phlegm,and eliminating dampness,and pays attention to the regulation and harmony of the middle jiao,spleen,and stomach,and the interplay between ascending and descending.
