摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌化疗患者心理一致感与病耻感、自我感受负担的相关性。方法选取2023年6月至9月河北医科大学第四医院收治的肺癌化疗患者237例为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、心理一致感量表-13(SOC-13)、肺癌患者病耻感评估量表(CLCSS)、癌症患者自我感受负担量表(SPBS-CP)对其进行调查。分析肺癌化疗患者心理一致感与病耻感和自我感受负担的相关性。结果SOC-13总分为(62.67±13.05)分,CLCSS总分为(59.38±11.17)分,SPBS-CP总分为(53.30±16.19)分。不同性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、居住情况、家庭年收入患者SOC-13得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,肺癌化疗患者SOC-13评分与CLCSS、SPBS-CP评分呈负相关(r<0,P<0.01)。结论肺癌化疗患者的SOC处于较低水平,且评分与CLCSS、SPBS-CP评分呈负相关,即SOC-13评分越高,CLCSS、SPBS-CP评分水平越低。Objective To explore the the correlation of sense of coherence-13 with stigma and self-perceived burden in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 237 patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from June to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The general situation questionnaire,sense of coherence scale-13(SOC-13),cataldo lung cancer stigma scale(CLCSS),and self-perceived burden scale for cancer patients(SPBS-CP)were used to investigate.The correlation between sense of coherence and stigma and self-perceived burden in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy were analyzed.Results The total score of SOC-13 was(62.67±13.05)points,the total score of CLCSS was(59.38±11.17)points,and SPBS-CP was(53.30±16.19)points.Comparison of SOC-13 scores among patients with different gender,marital status,education level,residence status,and family annual income showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the sense of coherence of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy was negatively correlated with stigma and self-perceived burden(r<0,P<0.01).Conclusion The SOC of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy is at a low level,which was negatively correlated with the CLCSS and SPBS-CP scores,that is,the higher the SOC-13 score,the lower the CLCSS and SPBS-CP score.
