中医现代化视域下痛风性关节炎证候客观化研究现状探析

摘　　要：近年来,痛风性关节炎的发病率呈增高的趋势,中医治疗痛风性关节炎以减轻炎症,并且在缓解全身症状、改善关节功能等方面见长。对于规范临床辨证论治、提高临床疗效及推动临床科研,中医证候客观化研究存在迫切需求。本文基于中医药的现代化视域,从文献、临床研究、辨证论治与现代医学指标相关联研究的角度,系统介绍了有关痛风性关节炎的中医药证候客观化研究情况,以期能够为临床诊断提出依据,探索痛风中医辨证分型的内在机制,为中医药辨证治疗痛风提供可参考的客观量化指标,为痛风中西医结合诊疗模式的发展及临床诊治提供新的研究思路和方法。In recent years,the incidence of gouty arthritis is increasing.Traditional Chinese medicine is used to treat gouty arthritis to reduce inflammation,relieve systemic symptoms,and improve joint function.There is an urgent need for the objective study of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes to standardize clinical differentiation and treatment,improve clinical efficacy,and promote clinical research.Based on the modern perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and from the perspectives of literature,clinical research,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the correlation between modern medical indicators,this paper systematically introduces the objectified research on the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of gouty arthritis,with a view to providing a basis for clinical diagnosis and exploring the internal mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and classification of gout.It provides objective quantitative indexes for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of gout,and provides new research ideas and methods for the development of gout diagnosis and treatment mode and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
