摘　　要：介绍王子瑜教授从“血瘀”论治子宫内膜异位性疾病的经验。王子瑜教授认为此类疾病的病机为离经之瘀血阻滞胞宫冲任。根本治则是活血化瘀消癥,并研制院内制剂乌丹丸、妇科痛经丸、桂苓消癥丸,临床使用30余年,效果显著。总结瘀血之气滞、寒凝、热郁、痰凝、湿热、气虚、阳虚、肾虚八大成因并提出化瘀八法。王子瑜教授的治疗特色:化瘀为主,标本、虚实、寒热兼顾;按周期规律分期论治;汤剂与丸剂相结合并善于运用粉剂;药性平和、寒温适宜,药味精简、善用小方药对。附病案1则,以资佐证。This paper introduces Professor Wang Ziyu’s experience in treating endometriosis disease from“blood stasis”.Professor Wang Ziyu believes that the pathogenesis of this kind of disease is that the blood stasis from the menstrual cycle blocks the chongren of the uterus.The fundamental treatment is to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to eliminate disease,and to develop hospital preparations Wudan Pills,Fuke Tongjing Pills,Guiling Xiaozheng Pills,clinical use more than 30 years,the effect is remarkable.The eight causes of blood stasis,namely qi stagnation,cold coagulation,heat stagnation,spittoon coagulation,dampness-heat,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,and kidney deficiency,are summarized and eight methods of removing blood stasis are put forward.Professor Wang Ziyu’s treatment features:mainly to remove blood stasis,manifestation and root cause,deficiency and excess,cold and heat;treatment by stages according to periodic law;combine decoction with pills and be good at using powder;the medicine is mild,cold and warm,the medicine taste is simple,and the use of small prescriptions and couplet medicines is good.One case was attached as evidence.
