中药穴位敷贴联合自制补肺健脾养儿膏对肺虚证喘息性支气管炎患儿免疫功能和血清指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药穴位敷贴联合自制补肺健脾养儿膏对肺虚证喘息性支气管炎患儿免疫功能和血清指标的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月在江苏省如皋市中医院接受治疗的喘息性支气管炎患儿98例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组49例。对照组患儿采用西医常规用药方案,试验组在对照组基础上给予中药穴位敷贴并口服自制补肺健脾养儿膏,均治疗1周。比较两组治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞水平、炎症水平[降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、中医证候评分、舒适度[舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分]和睡眠质量。结果治疗前,两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)和NK细胞水平高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PCT、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PCT、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组发热、咳痰、气短、喘息评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组发热、咳痰、气短、喘息评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组GCQ评分、总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组GCQ评分高于治疗前、总睡眠时间长于治疗前、睡眠潜伏期短于治疗前,且试验组GCQ评分高于对照组,总睡眠时间长于对照组,睡眠潜伏期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药穴位敷贴联合自制补肺健脾养儿膏有助于提高喘息性支气管炎患儿的免疫功能,改善睡眠质量。Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint therapy and self-made Bufei Jianpi Yanger Paste on immune function and serum indicators in children with asthmatic bronchitis of lung deficiency syndrome.Methods Ninety-eight children with asthmatic bronchitis who received treatment in Rugao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Jiangsu Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine and self-made Bufei Jianpi Yanger Paste for one week.Peripheral blood lymphocyte level,inflammation level(procalcitionin[PCT],C-reactive protein[CRP],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],and interleukin-6[IL-6]),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,comfort level(general comfort questionnaire[GCQ]),and sleep quality were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and natural killer(NK)cells between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and NK cells in both groups were higher than before treatment,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group level,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PCT,CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT,CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in two groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of fever,expectoration,shortness of breath,and wheezing between the two gro
