基于人文环境改善方案的综合护理干预在包皮环切术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于人文环境改善方案的综合护理干预用于包皮环切术患者的效果。方法 选取合肥市第三人民医院2020年1月至2023年3月收治的100例行包皮环切术患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于人文环境改善方案的综合护理干预。比较两组干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,术中视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,术前和术中的收缩压、心率,及切口并发症。结果 干预前,两组SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组心率与收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中,两组心率、收缩压均高于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于人文环境改善方案的综合护理干预能改善包皮环切术患者的心理状态,减轻应激与疼痛,减少切口并发症。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on humanistic environment improvement program in patients undergoing circumcision.Methods A total of 100 circumcision patients admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Hefei from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on the humanistic environment improvement program.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)before and after intervention,visual analogue scale(VAS)score during operation,systolic blood pressure,heart rate,and incision complications before and during operation were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During operation,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there were no significant differences in heart rate and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).During operation,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure in both groups were higher than before operation,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incision complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention based on humanistic environment improvement program can improve the psychological state of patients undergoing circumcision,relieve stress and p
