指蹼压力装置治疗手部深度烧伤患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨指蹼压力装置治疗手部深度烧伤患者的临床效果。方法 选择2021年12月至2023年2月浙江省金华市中心医院烧伤科收治的符合条件的100例手部深度烧伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组佩戴弹力手套进行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合指蹼压力装置进行治疗。治疗6个月后,比较两组握力、手指关节活动度,以及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果 治疗前,两组握力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组握力水平较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组手指关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组手指关节活动度较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组ADL评分较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 指蹼压力装置对手部深度烧伤患者具有较好的治疗效果,可以提高患者的握力、手指关节活动度,改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of finger webbing pressure device in the treatment of patients with deep hand burn.Methods A total of 100 eligible patients with deep hand burn admitted to the Department of Burns,Jinhua Central Hospital in Zhejiang Province from December 2021 to February 2023 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment with elastic gloves.On this basis,the observation group was treated with the finger webbing pressure device.After six months of treatment,the grip strength,finger joint motion,and the score of activity of daily living scale(ADL)were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in grip strength between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of grip strength in the two groups was higher than before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in finger joint motion between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the finger joint motion of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups were higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The finger webbing pressure device has good therapeutic effect on patients with deep hand burn,can improve the grip strength of patients,finger joint motion,improve the quality of life of patients,and is worth promoting.
