摘　　要：医院感染管理工作是医疗质量管理的重要组成部分,新形势下探索和实践医院感染管理新模式对促进医院高质量发展有重要意义。自2017年开始,山东省临沂市人民医院初步实施预防-诊疗-科研一体医院感染管理模式,通过成立感染控制多部门协作中心,组织开展医院感染多学科会诊和多部门联合查房,参与抗感染会诊,设立多重耐药菌和真菌感染研究所,有效整合抗感染诊疗和医院感染防控各方面资源,创新多部门合作的体制机制,取得良好成效。通过6年的探索实践,山东省临沂市人民医院医院感染发病率和抗菌药物使用强度等指标均呈好转趋势,期间还完成省部级以上科研项目13项。该管理模式实践可为二级以上公立医院医院感染管理模式的转变提供借鉴和参考。Hospital infection management is an important component of medical quality management.Exploring and practicing new models of hospital infection management in the new situation is of great significance for promoting high-quality development of hospitals.Since 2017,Linyi People’s Hospital of Shandong Province has initially implemented a hospital infection management model that integrates prevention,diagnosis and treatment,and scientific research.By estab-lishing a multi departmental collaboration center for infection control,organizing hospital infection multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment and multi departmental joint rounds,participating in anti infection consultations,and establishing research institute for multidrug-resistant bacteria and fungal infections,measures have been taken to effectively integrate resources for anti infection diagnosis and treatment and hospital infection prevention and control,innovate institutional mechanisms for multi departmental cooperation,and achieve good results.Through six years of exploration and practice,indicators such as the incidence of nosocomial infection and the intensity of antibacterial drug use in Linyi People’s Hospital of Shandong Province show a significant improvement trend,and 13 scientific research projects above provincial and ministerial level are completed during the period.This management model practice can provide reference and guidance for the transformation of infection management models in public hospitals at or above the second level.
