摘　　要：秦山核电通过选取国内外一流企业,对标“世界核电运营管理领跑者指标”,分析管理弱项,以构建价值创造管理体系为基础,以推动公司高质量发展的“六个根本遵循”为行动指南,以“自主创新、融合发展”为鲜明特征的“秦山经验”为发展动力,走出了一条高质量的、具有示范意义的、可复制推广的核能发展之路。Qinshan Nuclear Power by selecting top domestic and foreign enterprises and benchmarking against the“World Leader in Nuclear Power Operation and Management Indicators”,analyzing management weaknesses,a value creation management system has been established as the basis,with the“Six Fundamental Adherences”to promote high-quality development of the company as the action guide,and the“Qinshan experience”with“independent innovation and integrated development”as the distinctive feature as the development driving force,a high-quality,demonstrative,and replicable path of nuclear energy development has been taken.
