全髋关节置换术后的持续被动训练干预疗效观察

摘  要:目的:观察全髋关节置换术后患者进行持续被动训练对髋关节功能的康复疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的30名全髋关节置换术后患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各15人。实验组采用持续被动训练干预方案,对照组采用自然常规康复训练方案,两组均进行为期6周的康复干预。在实验前后对各组受试者进行疼痛量表(VAS)、髋关节活动度(ROM)和髋关节功能评分量表(Harris)测试。结果:与干预前相比,持续被动训练组的VAS具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);与干预前相比,持续被动训练组的ROM的差异也具有显著性(P<0.05);干预后Harris也有非常显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:持续被动训练在全髋关节置换术后康复中的应用效果良好,可以降低全髋关节置换术后患者的疼痛感,改善术后的髋关节活动范围,并且可以预防手术导致的髋关节功能退化。Objective:To observe the rehabilitation effect of continuous passive training on hip joint function in patients after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Method:30 patients who met the inclusion criteria after total hip replacement were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 15 patients in each group.The experimental group received a continuous passive training intervention program,while the control group received a natural routine rehabilitation training program.Both groups underwent a 6-week rehabilitation intervention.Visual analog scale(VAS),Hip Range of Motion(ROM),and Harris were tested on each group of subjects before and after the experiment.Result:Compared with before intervention,the VAS of the continuous passive training group showed significant differences(P<0.01);Compared with before intervention,the difference in ROM is also significant(P<0.05);After intervention,Harris also showed significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of continuous passive training in postoperative rehabilitation of THA has a good effect in the rehabilitation of patients after THA,which can reduce pain,improve the range of motion of the hip joint after surgery,and prevent hip joint dysfunction caused by surgery.
