摘 要:开展核心力量对女子排球运动员滞空能力的影响研究,运用实验法,将山东德州16名女子排球运动员划分成实验组(8人)、对照组(8人),实施为期14周的实验训练。其中,实验组采用核心力量训练方案,对照组采用常规力量训练方案。完成14周训练后,对两组运动员弹跳高度、滞空时间进行测试。测试结果显示,实验组采取核心力量训练后,运动员弹跳高度、滞空时间得到显著提升,而采取常规力量训练的对照组则未得到明显提升。故而,该研究论证了核心力量训练将有效提升女子排球运动员滞空能力。期望该研究能够作为排球运动教练员的借鉴、参考内容,实现核心力量训练的优化。This article conducts a study on the impact of core strength on the hanging ability of female volleyball players.Using experimental methods,16 female volleyball players from Dezhou,Shandong Province were divided into an experimental group(8 people)and a control group(8 people),and a 14 week experimental training was conducted.Among them,the experimental group adopted a core strength training program,while the control group adopted a conventional strength training program.After completing 14 weeks of training,test the jumping height and hanging time of two groups of athletes.The test results showed that after adopting core strength training,the experimental group significantly improved the jumping height and hanging time of athletes,while the control group adopting conventional strength training did not show significant improvement.Therefore,this article demonstrates that core strength training will effectively promote the improvement of female volleyball players'hanging ability.It is hoped that this study can also serve as a reference for volleyball coaches to optimize core strength training.
