摘  要:以广东省3所高校的60名参加了广东大学篮球联赛的篮球运动员为实验对象,进行为期12周的实验。使用实验法和数理统计法进行实验和统计分析。研究旨在将CrossFit训练与篮球运动的特点相结合,安排和设计有针对性的训练方案,通过科学的训练手段和方法,帮助广东大学篮球联赛运动员提高体能。结论:CrossFit训练前,对照组与实验组在各项体能指标上无显著性差异;CrossFit训练后,对照组和实验组在体型、力量、速度和耐力方面存在显著性差异。虽然灵敏性和柔韧性没有显著差异,但实验组比对照组进步更多。相比传统体能训练,CrossFit训练更适合于广东省高校篮球运动员的体能训练。This article conducted a 12 week experiment on 60 basketball players from three universities in Guangdong Province who participated in the Guangdong College Basketball Association(CBA).The experiment and statistical analysis were carried out by using Experimental method and Mathematical Statistics method.This study aims to combine CrossFit training with the characteristics of basketball,arrange and design targeted training programs,and use scientific training methods and techniques to help Guangdong CBA players improve their physical fitness.Conclusion Before CrossFit training,there was no significant difference in various physical fitness indicators between the control group and the experimental group;After CrossFit training,there were significant differences in body shape,strength,speed,and endurance between the control group and the experimental group.Although there was no significant difference in sensitivity and flexibility,the experimental group made more progress than the control group.Compared to traditional physical training,CrossFit training is more suitable for the physical training of basketball players in universities in Guangdong Province.
